Dhruv Foundation was found in year 2004 by Mr. Vinit Tandon in the memory of his father Late. Shri Dhrubir Singh Tandon, who was a well known academician, author of Urdu books & specialised in foreign trade issues for which he had written lot of articles in Business Magazines.
This foundation was started for promoting education all over India so that student, who take education under this foundation to become excellent citizens of the country and contribute to the development of the nation.
